Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FuzzPic (“the Service”) at fuzzpic.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use FuzzPic. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe to be held by a minor.

3. Content Policy

You may not upload, share, or monetize content that:

• Depicts minors in a sexual manner (CSAM) — zero tolerance; will be removed immediately
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”)
• Is otherwise illegal under applicable law
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or deceptive code

Adult content is permitted only when properly tagged as NSFW. Untagged adult content may be re-tagged or removed by our team.

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any image or account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, content that violates these Terms, generates complaints, or that we determine in our sole discretion is harmful to the platform or its users.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments on FuzzPic are made via the Bitcoin Lightning Network in satoshis. Lightning payments are final and non-refundable. Once an unlock payment is settled on the Lightning Network, the transaction cannot be reversed. A small service fee (up to 5%) is added to each unlock to cover operating costs.

FuzzPic is not a money-services business and does not hold user funds. Payouts to creators are processed automatically via Lightning addresses provided by creators. We are not responsible for errors in Lightning addresses entered by creators.

6. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on FuzzPic infringes your copyright, please report it using the in-app reporting tool (choosing “Copyright violation”) or email us at legal@fuzzpic.com. We will investigate and remove infringing content in accordance with the DMCA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved indefinitely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuzzPic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of Bitcoin or Lightning payments.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FuzzPic operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
